As of August 8th, 2016 how alcohol is bought and sold in Pennsylvania is changing in a dramatic way.  The is not just about semi-privatization and consumer choice. That is not the half of it. The new legislation will affect wineries, breweries, cider makers, distilleries, beer distributors, grocery stores, bottle shops, beer wholesalers, restaurants, and entrepreneurs in profound ways.
